Hi! My name is Aria and I'm the founder and creator of The Bride Abroad. I turned my hobby of photography into a 15 year business which has taken me around the world and back. I've spent over a decade photographing high-profile events, from royal dinners to UN conferences, concerts and more. Before becoming a photographer, I organized A-list celebrity events in New York as a event planner.

Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of photographing engagements and micro weddings around the world. I found it alarming how the bridal industry was charging more than the celebrity events I had planned. As a New York native living half of the year in Europe, I learned how difficult the planning process is and how risky it can be if you don’t know what to look out for. That led to creating a platform as a guide to navigate the industry from afar and bring the fun back to planning your special day abroad.
